OTG = "Off The Grid"; I drew all the notes and MIDI data in my software without using the grid snap feature.
With this song, I meant to tell a story that involves more than what is immediately visible in the picture it's based on. The idea is that someone who hears this piece along with looking at the image can imagine what's happening as a scene within the picture.
I imagined a character entering and getting lost in an eerie forest nicknamed, "The Nightmare Forest", where that character gets increasingly paranoid and frightened as the music goes on, to the point where they seem to succumb to total insanity. Before the end, one final positive memory this character has flashes to his mind, experienced as if he were reliving it. And then...
This was a lot of fun to compose for. Horror isn't my regular style, but the vibe is so cool in this picture I thought I may as well give it another shot.
I give credit to @radshoe for their amazing and eerie image that inspired me to write this music piece:

The pitchbending and reversed piano hits kinda broke my mind. Those are such cool effects and alone made for one of the coolest starts to a song.
Very atmospheric :D
Can I copy the style (not music) from the end of the music to my game?
Very interesting, it does feel like a story is being told, specially towards the ending i think i've heard something like a nuclear alarm and then it was like everything was a bad dream because i left the TV on while sleeping, but that was not the end of it since it glitched out
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
