What's going on down there?

This was originally going to be a 5 over 4 polyrythm, but somewhere along the way things went sideways (it was the program's fault I swear). I would say that it's 3 against 4 now but I'm not sure about that either.
This was made in Jummbox (a Beepbox mod). Jummbox has a modulation feature which is what I used for the tempo and reverb changes.
(I tagged this as using third party samples since it uses the MIDI instruments given by the website, but I'm pretty sure they're safe to use).
