To devise a plan is easy. However, making said plan a good one is slightly more difficult.

I've been wanting to make a stupid marching band thing for quite some time now. Not sure about the marching part, but I certainly nailed stupid. Feels like something that would play when a character is presenting a less than optimal plan.

Very much inspired by Wii Play Tanks, I think it wears that vibe on it's sleeve.
