This is that stage's theme.

Something about Megaman 8's final gauntlet theme always bothered me.

Why remix the boss intro theme?

Because I found it rather annoying when you'd be in the middle of the remix,

and then you choose your boss...and then the non-remixed version of the same song starts playing!

It was all very awkward to me,

So, the obvious choice for remixing, was the stage select theme~
