The Kauaʻi ʻōʻō was a bird that was reported to be the last of it's kind, the chirping you hear is the last ever recording of it's mating call. I don't know much else about it sadly. As soon as I heard it's song and it's story I just knew I had to sample it in a song.

I wrote this song because I'm feeling regretful over someone I have wronged and hurt. Someone who was very special to me that I fear I might never talk to her again.

I decided to use Sound Club again for the song itself but heavily edit it with audacity. I think it turned out pretty good! Criticism is greatly appreciated!
