hey guys look I did that drain thing that Linkin Park did at the beginning of Crawling but like slightly different

So… I mostly did this to test my capabilities with mobile production. The vocals (and drain FX) were done from my Mac, but everything else I did from GarageBand on an iPhone.

I chose to do the vocals backwards because I’d been listening to a lot of music in foreign languages recently, and I wanted to hear what my voice sounded like in rhythm, but also in-decipherable.

I gotta say, I’m impressed with Apple’s tools. They have opened up new avenues in music production and inspired some incredible stuff. But something about these feels… I dunno. Less than mine. Perhaps I just prefer recording more of the sounds myself.
