Inspired by DOOM map pack MIDI files, the goal for this compo (hosted on Battle of the Bits) was to make a song that'd fit in a slimy, grime-filled industrial environment. I took the gritty option with this, and decided to make a cheesy metal-esque song using probably the most overused "MIDI" sound that exists out there.

I could've totally rendered this on my SC-8850 or something, but in this case I had to render out exactly how it would've sounded on the default MIDI sound device that comes with like every copy of Windows ever (since it's the new standard by which every explicitly MIDI song is judged by, nowadays...)
