This is my submission for the Newgrounds Orchestral Composition Contest 2021. The composition is inspired by the contrast between thriving greenscape and barren wasteland, which is portrayed through dissonant instrumentation and overlapping countermelodies. I wanted to create something triumphant and upbeat, and I am happy with the end result! I hope you all enjoy!

I was trying to invoke a sense of exploration and grandness, so that kinda fits :D
Despite this not being a 100% "correct" entry because IMO there's a little too much non orchestral sounds in the mix, I like the vibe.

Thank you! I am used to entangling electronic sounds into my music so I couldn't really help myself lol.
Sort of reminds me of ELO when the drums kick in, really like the combo of synth elements and orchestral elements
it's as if something glorious just happened and that glorious thing was as beautiful as life
