The sound choice really reminds me a lot of SNES rpg, which I'm totally for. Some of the sections really have an Earthbound vibe to me as well as Final Fantasy

Nice! It creates a cool atmosphere and reminds me of dark corridors when the main character is walking and a monster can surprise him at any moment... :P
