A few months back when I was revealed of something that made turn that as a source of inspiration for a few projects I'm working on, this song and a webcomic about the same topic of this song (more on that in the future).

And with those goals set I started with this song, a reimagination of a previous song I made called "Anxiety" that I made when I started to suspect I was suffering from it, but now, I decided to give it another try with this new version....and made it mid-tempo inspired (btw, thanks GRGE for your "how to" on that genre, even if the videos are not that serious as a tutorial they still provided me with the same extra inspiration for some sections of the song :] )
