Space itself is a vacuum, so no sounds can be heard there. No explosions, no collisions, nothing. Nothing but emptiness. But that doesn't mean it doesn't make any sounds at all. NASA is the owner of special equipment that allows you to catch infrasound waves that are elusive to the human ear. You can hear a hum, a beeping, a hissing. These are all sounds from outer space.
