This "song" was created to assist the creepy visuals in my video "Photos That Are Strangely Familiar But Uncomfortable With Some Spooky Music I Wrote" where it accompanies a myriad of images that fall under what is called "Liminal Space" I was going on one of my usual walks through the internet and youtube recommended a video called "Strangely Familiar Pictures With Unnerving Music" and it took me down this rabbit hole filled with an enormous amount videos of slideshows of familiar but creepy photos of Liminal Space, a type of space that functions as a threshold between the starting point and destinations of our daily lives. These places are usually populated with things or people and are the in between points that we dont pay much attention to but in these photos, there is either nothing or no one which adds to the creepy factor. We know these places are usually populated with things or people but to see what it looks like when nobody is around makes us uncomfortable and may invoke feelings of nostalgia so I picked out the pictures that felt familiar to me and composed an creepy ambient piece of music to go with it. I wanted to see if I could create uncomfortably dissonant ambiance like what can be found in many horror and even regular video games. But dont worry, this isnt going on the album lmao.
