"Can I use it to return myself to normal?" Rovis says, rubbing his finger against the scar on his sternum.

"You're not seeing the opportunity here." She bats her eyelashes.

"You're suggesting that I put a third soul into my body? Why would I want to do that Harmony said--"

"Harmony only told you that it's dangerous because it makes you strong enough to stand up to her."

"I don't- why would I stand up to her? It would just--"

"Put all of your friends in danger? How obedient of you."

"I'm being rational, not obedient." Rovis takes a step out of the tent but is pulled back in by some force controlled by Nevar.

"Everybody does exactly what she says because you're all afraid that she'll turn you into a slip hazard. Are you really going to let the opportunity to overthrow this violent dictator slip by for the sake of your own precious life."
