No original backstory today. The prompt for today was 'Laser' and I thought to use the chance to draw up one of the kaiju I think has the coolest designs....and he just so happens to have a laser XD
If you know nothing about Gigan or this is your first time seeing him, I recommend googling him.
He was the first kaiju to make Godzilla bleed.
Also, when I was younger- I will never forget the time I found Gigan vs Godzilla on TV and the description for the movie was "Godzilla fights a robot chicken and a space cockroach." That really got me through the night at a place I did not want to be at.
I know that's hilarious since I still chuckle at it, but if you wanna comment- try to say something nice about my art over talking about this funny anecdote (I'm really proud of the posing) I try to actively keep things on track as possible lol

I didn't know he was the first to make King Lizard bleed, thats so cool! Truthfully after that fly-by attack any normal 60ft Kaiju would've gone down. Deflated like a half eaten Gusher.. 😋
Gigan has a fun, albeit violent history (Even better!). He is considered one of the most brutal and savage opponents to date. Yeah, I think I'm the odd one out that doesn't like to call him a space chicken. I feel so silly doing it lol
