Painted a teacher's doggo, referenced a photograph she took of it 2 years ago. I've been meaning to study and paint the piece, but only have found the confidence and time to do it recently :). I found the photo to be really beautiful, really love the lighting, it made the dog look so much fluffier with the light being diffused through its' fur, and the contrast it created with the background let's it stand out and be the focus. So here it is!! I really love how this turned out! Took around 3-4 hours.

Played with the colors and made them a lil more vibrant and rich, I think previous studies have really helped train me pick colors without having to use the eyedropper and be pretty accurate/ I also loved the brush work, I'm pretty proud of that too, it feels nice to have felt like I learned a thing or two through out the years, and I'm hoping to learn even more :>
