I feel very unnerved from that guy, hailing from Texas you say?
the entire cover feels like something you found in the ruins of a building, scrounged up while you looked for food in a diner.
good work.
"Try Everything", Buddy Holly style
After seeing Zootopia, I realized "Try Everything" had a very Buddy Holly-esque chord structure, and I could already hear it in my head. So we got together and recorded a backing track, and over time added overdubs until we got what you hear in the video.
I wanted the animal version of Buddy to be a species that hails from Texas (Buddy's birthplace)- it was a little difficult picking one, but eventually I decided on an American mink. It was interesting doing a combination of things- making sure it looked like Buddy, making it sure it accurately depicted a mink, making sure it was Zootopia style, and that he was dinstinctively different yet similar to Duke (both being small mustelids). I managed it though.
This cover is specifically based on an EP of some of his posthumous songs. Though I made it into an LP for design reasons.

That has to be the single most insulting comment I've ever recieved.
Not every damn 1950s-looking thing has to be Fallout.
