I have some tips

The main problems with this piece is the lack of symmetry and shading, the simplicity, KirbyâEUTMs expression is inconsistent, the background is overly simple, Kirby is not a perfect circle, and it is blurry.

I work in drawing Kirby in MS Paint. It's a pretty tough medium to use and actually make work that looks professional, but this should help you out. First, make sure the star is symmetrical by copying and pasting each side. The eyes should be symmetrical as well. Also, shade the outer areas of the character, weapon and stars by selecting a slightly darker color and working outward with darker colors. To make Kirby a perfect circle, hold shift while using the circle tool. For KirbyâEUTMs expression, his mouth should be lower, and instead of drawing diagonal lines above the eyes, cut off part of the eye partially on the bias. To make a slightly better background, I would take the blue shade, darken it slightly and draw vertical bars of darker values until you have sort of a makeshift gradient. Kirby's feet are a little too small. Save all work in MS paint as a .png, so it is not blurry. I really hope this helps, (if it doesn't, I really don't know what you want to know) and good luck with future works.
