Dr. Uva Calamita, long-lost sister of the infamous Menta Calamita, has made her big debut with Heart Throb Casino! People gather round to check out the new hospital-themed casino, but little do they know, it's actually a ploy for the doctor to harvest their blood for her own vampiric needs. Her two henchmen, Hyperia and Hypnosia, are madly in love with each other, and also happen to be vampires, hiding their fangs with their masks. So why doesn't Uva hide her fangs?
