It's Plasma again! I wanted to start the new year off right with a drawing of one of my favorite newer characters, done on my brand-new screen tablet. This also sort of helps show off some aspects of his design that have been changed over time; namely, his hair is down now, and he's got chunkier boot soles rather than high-heels.
