It's Toragon!
Even though I haven't gotten into Puzzle and Dragons, I like this character design. I first saw it nearly five years back when I bought a Corocoro magazine from an import store out of curiosity and I really liked his design, maybe because it's wacky yet cute like one of my OCs? He's also a semi-popular mascot in Japan for a few years, even having his own plushies and stuff...but obscure outside of there, and somewhat rarely gets any fanart. I've been wanting to draw him for years but I couldn't think of any decent poses or settings until now.
I did something different for the background this time, further experimenting with the "pseudo-grunge" style I've been studying from the 2K era, and overall keeping balance to not stand out too much from the character; backgrounds in general should just give the basic vibe of the drawing without appearing too flashy or distracting.
