Oh yes, it's happening! I will drag Ongezellig, Massa, and the community out of the depths of hell and into the light of day kicking and screaming if I have to. You will not stop me. I've already blotted out at least the next full year of my life to produce the first season. I'm an experienced (and somehow award-winning) director, producer, and writer, and I'm prepared to orchestrate all this for free/at personal expense. (Though some additional help would be nice.)

Expect the first part of Episode 1 to release mid-May. I have a whole story arc planned for Season 1 and the scripts are currently being written. Great care will be taken to preserve the feel of the Pilot as much as possible going forward. The only caveat is that the continuation series will be made as animatics, not full animation. Otherwise, I'd never be able to accomplish something as big as this.

I also have some plans cooked up to bring massive amounts of (good) attention to the Ongezellig pilot and help this show finally get picked up by a studio. The details I shall keep under wraps for now.
