I intentionally compressed the hell out of these to make them look awkward and out of place; fits the bill!

???: I do have a name for this one, but I think it's funner to keep it a secret between us now that I think about it. At least for a little bit. I regret making this one pink; people always think it MUST be me [I adore pink!] when I've taken the "role" of everyone else much more often. I saw Syd Barrett's hair once and decided a stylized scribble would work.

Blarney: A very mood-swinged character; to represent this, they're a Skeleton trapped inside a marshmallow.

Klaptrap: If you know me well, I talk a lot, because I think there's so much to see, and so much to do! I think people might see me as a robot with a randomly generated wordpool, so this one's that odd thought. It's a rabbit because it's very quick to flee anything not resembling American Engineering.

Shoe: A bullfighter with a horshoe-crab as a head, sometimes we do feel like stylish masters of our life, only to become Blarney when faced with overthinking.

Captain Obvious: Well, he's the idiot. What else? He's got gadgets usually meant for anyone but him... He's fun as hell to draw, though. Try it! [Just remember that he's orange, not yellow! This was changed late-in, sorry!]

Sleepover: The "Villian" character? He's a huge wart that gets in the way of everything. The irony of a fly being that hulking was intensely funny to me.

Lucy: I made the mistake of taking them too seriously; The "I died in a dream?" wore off very quickly after the 10th time. Nonetheless, their character is now more interesting as a trespasser/explorer upon these odd dimensions. An enlightened Spermatozoon, how classy, me. Humbled I guess!
