To be on honest Rock doves / Pigeons were known to be close to humans in the Caribbean times but when people started eating birds they were known to fly away after that due to the fact pigeons were being killed and pigeons in those times where commonly spotted on sea side cliffs now in the modern times your able to find them on buildings but I say this is Bird watcher approved!.
