Hello Newgrounds! This is technically my first post so it's a pleasure to be here. I'm Tailsy (tail-see) and I have a project I'm proposing to animators!
This year is the 28th anniversary of Rob Renzetti's "Mina and the Count" What a Cartoon pilot airing on Cartoon Network! I adore this animation and wanted to re imagine the pilot with other fellow creators!
