Hailing from a “sister”planet of Targon called Alta. Vortex is a Altonian gang boss that traveled from Alta and controls the urban streets of Targon with his gangs influence by claiming the city Dyspo as their main turf. The Targon Galactic Defense Patrol are constantly working to take down the gang along with their leader but always manages to get away due to Vortex’s Cosmic Spark ability. He is judgmental and quick to anger and he believes that every single mishap caused upon others relating to his gang is not his fault. 

Currently, he is on the lookout for a member that backstabbed him by revealing the main hideouts location and caused the death of his brother due to a massive shootout. His mind will always be on vengeance until the day he wipes that traitor out, and he will not let anything get in his way.
