Oh, hey! She found an outlet in this empty background template. Good for her. A former human, now only her thought patterns being organic, Charlie's purpose is to be a defender for the masses. She conceals all sorts of weapons and gadgets within her petite frame, but maintaining all of those requires a lot of energy... in fact she can only remain fully operational for 30 minutes for every 2 hours of charging. Anything beyond that is just minimal functions while she staggers looking for the nearest energy source. Still, now with more friends and a less barebones canon to reside within, she's found it much easier to remain active. She was instrumental to fighting the defensive forces of the Ideal Machine, able to unleash her full potential by virtue of having an easily accessible outlet in the room. Has a bit of envy towards C:Guinn, another robotic fella from the same canon, but with better energy efficiency.
