Mars Exploded

This is a skybox I did for a friends Roblox game last summer. They wanted "Mars, but exploded" . I tried painting the cubemap directly, but it looked terrible :/ . This took longer but it reads as a sphere in-game.

I think it's nice to look at but it would be more fun if there was a billion more pieces of debris ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Looks awesome! I'm stuck trying to figure out how you did that swirly effect goin all around the planet. I wonder if people could see the lil explorer up dere while playin n____n

thanks ivan! The rings are fibers generated in ps, distorted in clip studio, and manually masked onto the ring (Ｔ▽Ｔ)
