Tried to learn how to use some posteffects layer features in Clip studio paint on this one. Dunno if it looks ok or it's just a color mess. And I forgot to draw a cigarete in his mouth, crap. Now he looks more like some random MERC Sniper from MPN.

Also, sorry Deimos, although this weapon may look cool but It don't seems functional (dunno how to properly draw those and I suck at using references), I guess you'll just die now...
