I had a great amount of fun working on this piece. I get an new laptop and a new drawing tablet for Christmas so now im not limited by colors. I also got a lot if inspiration from the show Steven universe and their art style. I have to admit it was a little of a struggle experimenting with all of the new brushes i downloaded to use. I also drew insp from the art deco style of art. It just looks so old yet royal to me.

Story: way back when there was and unnamed hero and he still remains a mystery until today. However, he led a rebellion against the king of the great land empire of Yaotl. the king put up a great fight but the unnamed hero went to the highest cloud and confronted the god of lightning and gained the legendary axe. He used it against the ling and won the rebellion. however every 10,000 years its said the ocean levels lower and the cave that contains the wall murals and the axe is opened up to the modern world.
