This was really fun to draw! I did not upload it earlier because i was not sure if i wanted to enter but im glad i did! i hope i win!

~Pokemon description~
Hexdoze was created by team Galactic. It wa designed to be able to open portals in space to be able to reach Palkia. When they modified Hexdoze the put too much of XX into the DNA thus resulting in it being able to posses both powers. The power to hypnotize and the power to open portals. It is also said to have a connection to the evil voodoo spirits. Hexdoze to this day still runs around opening portals into deep space carrying children and pokemon away with it. No one has seen it for about 500 years but every time the planets allign it opens a portal to reap havoc on everyone in its path.
