Amazing print! (👍≖‿‿≖)👍 Wonderful job
UPDATE: SOLD OUT! <3
I almost forgot to post this one!
This was my very first handmade risograph print.
It's a little rushed since I made it with limited supplies in a 1 day workshop.
Each layer is essentially photocopied one at a time from an original in grayscale. Once you've scanned the original, a risograph machine 'burns' a stencil of that copy and then pushes ink through to make a print! They're really cool -- Riso means 'ideal' in Japanese.
I only made a few of these, so they're individually numbered prints (look close on the bottom right).
Currently, I have ONE remaining on my Etsy store! #11 in the image above.
Each one contains pink fluorescent pink ink, so it glows in UV / black light! :)
I particularly enjoy loading in each ink barrel I moved on to the next colour. They're large and unwieldy but surprisingly not messy.
Amazing print! (👍≖‿‿≖)👍 Wonderful job

haha thanks! Just trying to expand my knowledge of printmaking now that I have some winter down-time!
