The Deep Unknown - Updated Height Chart/Character Sheet

Share

One of my biggest struggles with The Deep Unknown right now is the lack of size consistency with these characters. It gets muddled when I rely out fairly outdated character references to gauge it, and it gets even worse when I do all these talking head shots that trick me into thinking I can draw them however big or small I want, and then looking back on it realizing how bad they look.

Thus, I've made this new, up-to-date height chart for the main quartet, which also doubles as an updated character reference. The Deacons in particular really needed a new one from their original iteration, although I've also been struggling with the Vessel's look and am trying to work out those kinks, mainly related to head, face and hair.

This'll be extremely useful for me later on when I need to determine not just the height and size for characters between shots, but also the size of objects and items in the world, because my god these guys are massive.
