After working on the red eyes flag I wanted to add the new technique I have with making heads but this time I only do it half way ;) its to resmble the rise of red eyed people cause more and more I been seeing red eyes .. Maybe I am going crazy? Or maybe this is a new rise of a awesome area eaither way I LIKE IT ALOT :3
