Robin Weaver, known as Oracle. She's an aspiring and kind girl and another character of the Red Dasher series.

She's a 16-year-old girl who originally came from St. Locke before moving to Senera Bay City. During her childhood, she likes to see things into the future, and does it every time. But apparently, Robin also likes archery as her grandfather Edmund was an archer, and this inspires her for the creation of the Psychic Bow, which also are dual blades. Also has the power Psychic and Shot. She has a love interest to Logan Sheridan, and apparently, can be very erratic if another girl steals him away, she'll be furious. She's part of Team Starbeats like Beat, Fury, and Streak.

Outside of being a fighter, she likes to play with her guitar, as her older sister Rachel is a singer-songwriter during college, and wants to follow her path. Of course, she does help out in the family business with her mom and dad at their general store.
