This is the 7th drawing class video in the beginner's tutorials series and the 6th exercise in this book. In this video I talk about how to convert any object in real life to basic shapes. I go through the mindset of dissecting objects to make it easier to draw, memorize and recall for future designs. I also go in details exploring tools and methods to draw basic shapes, convert them to dynamic shapes and then using them to symbolize objects in real life. 

Drawing using basic shapes is another major milestone in your art journey. It's the gateway toward changing the way you see the world. Artist's vision is hopefully what you will learn in this video. How artists see the world and understand it, is completely different than anyone else. I also talk about that in details in the video.  

The first half of the video is the lecture part, and the other half is for live examples explaining the concept even further. Finally I end up with a homework for you to improve your drawing skills into a whole new level.
