So the idea is "What if Starlo from UNDERTALE Yellow had a proper genocide boss fight?". I wanted to make this powered-up form more of an exaggeration of his character instead of being directly flashy. He's been given full run of Blackjack's stock since there won't be many folks to sell them to if you keep going. The cave ceiling has been equipped with explosives as well, both for theatrics and because falling debris would make it even harder for you.

Forget a sheriff's honor, he's no need to play by the rules anymore. Fingers, hands, legs, he doesn't care one wit what he loses, as long as he's bringing you to justice. His connection to the east is such that the tumbleweeds seem to move at his command, and worse, they've stuck themselves on the buttons! He'll rain full bundles of TNT upon you, splitting apart in unpredictable patterns and gladly spray hellfire with his dragon's breath lever-actions. Take him for any ol' cowpoke and you'll be pushing up daisies in the town cemetery within the hour.

I imagine his boss theme would be a bit like this, at least this is the kind of thing I listened to while designing him.

I tried to draw this using a lot of perspective. I think some of it went okay but things like the legs didn't turn out like I was shooting for. Still, it was fun to make this design and think about
