I could say lots of things about domestic abuse. but instead, just know that you should NEVER blame yourself.
do not ever feel bad because you did not see the signs, or you were complacent in what you felt was safe, or content.
on the opposite side of that, know that if someone's trying to pressure you into things, or isolate you, or control you, you deserve better, you have no obligation to bending to anyone's will and if I'm the only person to tell you today, you're one cool ass, beautiful motherfucker and I hope you have a fucking amazing day.
