A beautiful piece of art here
You have for sure pushed the efforts and shown us that effort in full force and its always nice to find gems like that in the art portal. And as the title says its a beautiful piece of art even with some animation that actually made this a very nice effect, the use of "PURPLES" really give this that cold feel and made it feel like you are at this place so you have done well in bringing the element alive. A good design here and nice detail you have allowed us into your world with a unique style and thats what you have shown here, so thanks for that, and thanks for the effort you have presented us with.

A sprnkle of a brighter colored element would be a unique change.

OK PSA the gif file of this got fucked up. i guess there was some compression or something because the gradient on the sky was way smoother and didnt have that weird flicker

Really nice atmosphere, and a low-framerate gif style that I don't see a lot
