On the last half of lao training arc she and magnolia end up founding "the champion of the world" also know as blizt henrique silver.

So magnolia after notincing the guy power without knowing that he was the champion, afterwall she is pretty much a light headed woman, decide to make lao fighting him as her test, Blitz notice that lao have the don don rod, and he quickly question if lao is the new "saru".3, lao just say that the rod pretty much has being with her since childhood and that she didnt know he was magical until the point she used it, so blizt offers for the first in his life a pupil.
