The bottom of the Ocean's the top of another- Or something like that my grandma used to say. Located at both the Highest and lowest points of existence, the Deep is the center of mass of the Void, the Abyss, & the Hollow if we were to view them all as a triangle. The upper part of it connecting back into the Hollow, and the rest to the aforementioned. Viewed as the subconscious sleeping mind of an archon, the Deep is perpetually illuminated by it's sentient sun & moon.

It like the Abyss remains as one of the two older higher realities.With it too having an effect on the observer within how light or - absents of light effects them. Being essentially a cosmic desert, it wouldn't be wrong to describe it as the sands of time. So while seeing your dead relatives crawl up the side of your leg may be possible - The Deep is also viewed as the origin point of energy. It's roots being rationalized almost like a tree of life, running throughout all of existence. Which is weird because it's a huge desert. Perhaps it is an incubation point of life? Or maybe similar as too how Salmons follow a stream for their life cycle, particles too pass through here becoming energy and so on.

This leaves the locales of the Deep in a strange point wherein it houses only the truly hardened veterans of the astral plane. Not outcasts of other locations, but rather those whom chose to travel here to learn more about it's history and secrets. Communities of all entities appear here, though unlike Immemora, here that which remains are only those whom have adapted to sand of the Abyss. It ever so slowly shifting between soft and bedlike - to that of sharp shards of glass.
