Oh boy. Right when people were starting to like my work I got a hair up my arse to do something somewhat "political". Back to being ree-ed at and down-voted I guess. lol. The shorter gas-masked guy is apart of the "Fated Fist" which are more or less Daedalus's version of foot-clan soldiers. Before mass manufacturing of "The Woke" the mad doctor simply indoctrinated troubled indviduals into his ranks,offering them structure and an idealogy to cling to. Much like any lawless vigilante based mob the fated fist would often commit crimes of looting,rioting,and arson whilst being unknowingly manipulated by G.U.E.S.T handlers. Unfortunately for this dude he just ran into Silent-Bill!
