Here is a sheet of sprites comparing Neon's base to maxed out form! These are all a part of my game, which, as of today, you can now try out on Newgrounds!

Since Neon can transform, but maintain the same moveset, this essentially means every normal sprite has to be made twice! (Including every attack, in the future!)

It's a lot of work but I'm both having fun with it and learning how to be more efficient with it! (Most of the animations here are just 2-4 frames built around a key pose or two!)

Also it's totally worth it because why wouldn't I want an even greener version of Neon?
