Fakemon: Steel/Dragon Type

This design was conceived because I had realized I had no steel or dragon types present in the Latus Region thus far. So I based of off of a lamprey, gave it a frankly disgustingly overpowered combination of stats and ability and now here we are, another favorite for me.
