Cephlare is an octopus, particularly a Maori Octopus which look like they have spikes growing on their bodies. There's not much to this guy, besides the fact its head resembles those cat ear headphones, I thought that looked cute.

I doubt this would ever be a real starter, not because it's a water creature as a fire starter but because of the lack of a visible mouth, which all starters have. I think it would look cluttered with one personally.
