Major Phee is the 1st Cormatai of the Necropolay Imperial Armada Legion - Automortai. She is of a small class within the Empire known as Extimortai. Extimortai means Ceasless Shepard of the Necru, or Immortals. Necropolay is a Theocratic War-like Empire who's goal is the extermination of all life in the universe. Phee is a particularly zealous member of the faith and loyalist to The Empire.
