Red Ruby Cookie once was a calm and peaceful Gem Mermaid. It may appear that she is friends with sailors, but she is because she was young before. Years later, when trying to focus on her missions, the Dark Octupus' crew started attacking her. She didn't survive the incident because the Dark Octupus' crew let her have her gemstone cracked. That is why, from now on, she became Cursed Ruby Cookie.

After the Dark Octopus incident, Cursed Ruby Cookie wanders around the sea and becomes the Salty Coconut Sovereign. She oftentimes listens to rock bands, because she's an addict for rock music post-incident.
