If you’re a close follower, you’ll notice a lot of changes in Livewire’s design here compared to the last time I drew her. I wanted to craft an outfit that really mirrored her personality, and I had a lot of fun doing it. She’s always been known to show a lot of skin, so I played that up. Things like the netting on her chest, makeup and the popped collar are meant to evoke her “punk” nature. Since her powers are based on electricity, I gave her some heavy gloves, like the kind an electrician would wear.
Like with Fire, and Poision Ivy, DC Babes has slowly started becoming an outlet for me to reminisce about characters and designs that seem long-forgotten. Be sure to ask or request who comes next!

I really like the redesign! The collar really pops and I think it looks great! The leotard doesn't look like it covers her crotch all the way though. Though that's just my own opinion.
The leotard covering just enough is intentional. She knows what she’s doing, she’s wildin’.
