The second time I’ve made the mistake of drawing Perfect Cell. I copped out of having to draw all of his spots by putting him in his uniform, since we all know that Cell canonically plays for the Orlando Magic.

This was originally just a ha ha funny idea in my head that snowballed into more of a study. I like how it came out, and I hope that you like it too!
