This piece was inspired by one of my favorite artists, Nam June Paik!!!
Nam June Paik is known as the grandfather of television art! He was primarily active during the Fluxus movement, also known as Neo-Dada. The Fluxus movement started around the 1950s and was an international, interdisciplinary movement that challenged the conventions of classical music, art, and education.
Nam June Paik was originally trained as a classical musician and spent much of his early career challenging the conventions of classical performance. He was critical of the conservative nature of classical music and fought against censorship in the field. He and his collaborator, a cellist named Charlotte Moorman, were arrested for their performance piece, "TV Bra for Living Sculpture"; a performance where Charlotte Moorman played the cello while wearing Paik Nam June's sculpture, a "TV Bra", two small TV monitors attached to her chest.
This piece draws heavily from his sculpture "Television Garden", of which there are many variations. It's an artwork with beautiful meaning, and it also just looks really cool.

Beautiful
so cool.
I wonder where those monitors are plugged in?
Nice choice of inspiration, and definitely feelin' the chill vibes in this one. Well done!
