Meet Mr. Zemeckis! One of Morgan's closest allies who will serve as the tritagonist of the developing series. 

The main curator of the hometown museum Morgan and his Uncle work for, he is essentially the one who is in-charge of the place most of the time as the owner is usually away tending to his other proceedings. His first name is also Rufford, but he is only occasionally referred to by that as many of who he knows almost always call him by his last name instead. 

Though he does make a decent substitute for what a professor or a scientist can do in a adventure, the biggest drawback he has for that role is his generally underzealous well-being. He gets overwhelmed and disgruntled quite easily, often pleads to stay back while the others go out in the field, and has poor self-defense, making him a common target for enemies to kidnap or generally threaten, which typical calls for Morgan and Sheffield having to save him depending on the circumstances. 

Even so, Zemeckis still has good knowledge on any information relevant to the advancing of a story, and firmly cares about his given responsibilities whether at home or overseas. He is also the father of two super cheerful daughters who work as tour guides at their museum, and are always very supportive of what he does for there which he can always pull a smile towards whenever they interact. 

Other than his role and other aspects being fairly similar to that Professor Calculus from Tintin, other characters to that defined his identity include Rusty Venture from The Venture Bros. and Marcus Brody from Indiana Jones.
